The generator in a soundproof canopy has the following characteristics:

Frame:

• Made of high-quality UNI S235 JR steel with a welded support plate
• High-strength anti-vibration mounts between the engine, alternator, and frame
• Fuel tank equipped with a drain point and a liquid containment tray
• Dedicated area for power cable entry
• Manual oil pump
• Reinforced frame with 4 lifting/towing lugs

Canopy:

• Wide doors for easy access and maintenance
• Electro-galvanized steel DC01+ZE25/25 (EN 10152:2009)
• Weather-resistant sealing
• Key-locking handles on each door
• Wind-proof door stop
• “Orange-peel texture” outdoor paint finish, white RAL 9010
• Rain protection on the exhaust outlet
• Coolant refill caps
• Lockable fuel tank cap
• External fuel tank filler
• Eco-friendly sound-absorbing material: 100% recyclable, 40 mm thick, self-extinguishing, washable, Class 1, mechanically fixed to the frame

Muffler:

• Residential low-noise type
• Integrated inside the canopy
• Coated with high-temperature-resistant paint

Control Panel:

• Separate IP33 metal control board
• Easy access through a canopy door equipped with a Lexan viewing window
• Dedicated area for power cable entry
• The control panel is divided into two independent, insulated sections separating the Control Panel (control unit and numbered terminal block) from the power section (circuit breaker and cable entry)
• Power connection between the circuit breaker and the alternator made with a high-strength cable and waterproof conduits

All stations and components have been tested during the design, manufacturing, and production phases. A special control procedure at various production stages ensures long service life and reliability.
